5. Buyers' Responsibilities
If you are a buyer using the MPH Sites, you agree to:
 • Verify Vehicle Information: It is your responsibility to verify that all information about a vehicle listed on the MPH Sites is accurate and complete before making a purchase decision.
 • Understand Pricing: Ensure that you are aware of any additional costs associated with the purchase of a vehicle, including taxes, fees, and financing options. Prices listed on the MPH Sites may not include these additional charges.
 • Conduct Inspections: We recommend that buyers conduct their own inspections of vehicles prior to purchase. Understand that while MPH provides listings and information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information or the condition of the vehicles.
 • Communicate Directly with Sellers: Engage directly with sellers for negotiations and to finalize the sale, as MPH is not a party to any transaction.
You acknowledge that MPH is not liable for any disputes or issues that arise between buyers and sellers, and you agree to approach all transactions with caution and due diligence.
6. Limitation of Liability
MPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the MPH Sites, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue using the MPH Sites.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MPH, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the MPH Sites or your violation of this Agreement.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the MPH Sites, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we believe it is in the best interest of MPH.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the MPH Sites after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
