The original V6 has been replaced by a Ferrari F40-sourced V8 engine, which has been bored and stroked to 3.6 liters and paired with a 5-speed manual transmission from a Ferrari 328. This reengineering was performed to the highest standards by renowned specialists at <a href="https://www.mototechnique.com/dino-246-gts-v8-upgrade" target="_blank">Moto Technique</a>, one of the foremost names in Ferrari restoration and modification. Additional enhancements include Brembo brakes from a Ferrari 360, adjustable suspension, MoTeC ECU with fly-by-wire throttle control, electric power steering, hydraulic clutch, and larger 17-inch wheels that retain a classic style while improving grip and stance. A bespoke Snap exhaust system was designed as an homage to the legendary Ferrari 250 GTO, delivering a soundtrack as exhilarating as the performance itself. Inside, the cabin features air conditioning, iPod connectivity, and has been trimmed to a flares and chairs Daytona-style specification in Bordeaux leather, offering a nod to period-correct luxury with modern comfort enhancements.
